In 1990, 1999 and 2003, Manheim Township purchased parcels of property that, together, comprise almost 300 acres of land wholly dedicated to recreation and socialization. The Overlook Community Campus, as it is named, allows our residents to swim, golf, walk or bike on over four miles of non-motorized trails, to observe nature and wildlife, to participate in organized sports and much, much more. From the beginning, residents have debated the merits of various kinds of development on this land. Over the years our residents have made many suggestions regarding improvements to the property and we have implemented many of those recommendations. We hope that all of you have visited the Campus and are enjoying the many amenities we have to offer.
